• What exactly do they need? The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs a contractor to repaint the gate hoisting machinery and rehabilitate the gate hoist houses for 9 US Army Corps of Engineers operated dams on the Fox River, Wisconsin. The contractor will perform surface preparation and painting of the gate hoisting machinery, and replace the existing shingle roofing with metallic sheet roofing, replace current doors with heavy-duty commercial doors, replace exterior vinyl siding with galvalume siding, replace the exterior soffit fascia, and insulate the ceiling and wall cavities.
