- What exactly do they need?
- The contractor shall provide various required fabrication and machining services over the next 5 years.
- Individual call orders for materials will be issued throughout the term of the BPA.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
- The contract is a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
- The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
- How will they pick the winner?
- The Government will evaluate quotes based on demonstrated recent experience, and on-time delivery.
- The Government will consider the following factors: ability to quickly supply the requested supplies, ability to supply high demand supplies, ability to supply majority of requested supplies in each of the four categories, ability to accept credit card payments, and past performance.
- When and how do you bid?
- Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email to Mr. Sha Tucker at sha.e.tucker@nasa.gov no later than 2 pm EDT on Thursday 6 JULY 2026.
