- What exactly do they need? The 177th Fighter Wing needs a new 750kW generator and composite decking to replace old and weathered equipment and material. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to remove and replace the generator and decking adjacent to the Alert Area of the 177FW in accordance with the Statement of Work.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 90 days. The notice doesn't say when the contract is expected to start.

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the Best Value to the Government in meeting the Technical Requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work, Past Performance, and in Price.
