What exactly do they need?

The contractor will inspect, service, maintain, and landscape grounds for the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all grounds maintenance service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The base period of performance will be from 01 November 2026 to 31 August 2027. This includes a 2-month phase-in period from 01 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, followed by four (4) one-year option periods beginning each 01 September thereafter.
