This includes landscaping, grounds maintenance, power washing, tree and limb maintenance, and snow removal/ice control services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and material, and must be on-site prior to each storm event.

The contract will be a firm, fixed price services contract with a base year and 4 option years. The period of performance will begin with a Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The Government will issue a solicitation and evaluate proposals based on the offeror's capability to perform the contract, including their in-house capability to execute grounds maintenance services, comparable work performed within the past five years, and a statement of the portion of the work that will be self-performed.
