The GSA needs a contractor to provide leasing support services nationwide. The selected contractor(s) will be required to provide all management, supervision, materials, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the services described in the solicitation. The requirement is intended to support all GSA/PBS zones by providing lease acquisition support services through task orders issued against no-cost Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts.

The contract will be a Multiple-Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Period of Performance of five (5) years. Contractors will be compensated via private-sector commission payments from lessors.
