The Navy needs a small business to provide standard commercial hand tools at competitive prices.
Key Details
The Navy wants to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial hand tools at competitive prices. The hand tools will be used for various purposes, including edged and nonpowered tools.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a BPA with a base year and up to 5 option years. The government intends to issue Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through February 2029.
How will they pick the winner?

When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three past performance references and a price list, if applicable. The government will consider vendors who provide documentation and references by email to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 31 December for a February award or 30 June for an August award.
