What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Navy will award Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to rebecca.m.collins17.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 30 April for a June award, and by 31 October for a December award.
How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate vendors based on positive Past Performance. The evaluation will be based on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality.
When and how do you bid?
Interested companies must submit a cover sheet, documentation addressing capabilities and expertise, and a price list if applicable. Vendors should also provide a minimum of three Past Performance References.
