The NOAA needs a comprehensive waste management service for two facilities in Milford, CT, and Highlands, NJ. This includes waste characterization, inventorying, lab-packing, packaging, labeling, manifesting, transportation, and final disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, bio-hazardous, universal waste, and used oil.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a single award firm fixed-price purchase order. The contract will last for 60 days after receipt of award. The Government intends to award a low-priced, technically acceptable contract.
