The tractor must be certified to haul a combined total weight of approximately 135,000 lbs, including live explosives (Class 1). The driver must have documented experience in handling oversized, high-consequence hazardous cargo and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a HAZMAT endorsement.
