The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a NET 30 Days payment term. The Government will not accept late quotes.

The award will be based on the best value of the government considering pricing, delivery, quality, technical review, and past performance.
- When and how do you bid?
Email quotes to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date of 15 June 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. Vendor must be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

- Must be a certified small business
- Has experience as a Honeywell authorized reseller
- Can provide a letter showing authorized reseller status
