They must also have a non-slip grip exterior surface and be fully assembled with heavy-duty camlock fittings and stainless steel locking arms.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a delivery schedule that includes shipping and delivery to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Navy will evaluate the quotes based on the price and the ability of the contractor to meet the specifications.
