The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs a small business to execute Placement Area improvements within the Houston Ship Channel. This includes work such as mobilization and demobilization, turfing, stripping, final condition surveys, as-built documentation, drop inlet structure rehabilitation, semi-compacted dike and access dike raise using imported clayey soils. The contract also includes further PA improvements, specifically clearing, grubbing, debris removal, existing condition surveys, and the development of dewatering excavation model and plan.
