The International Boundary and Water Commission needs a certified Woman-Owned Small Business to provide human translation services for its El Paso HQ. The services shall be quoted ALL or NONE as per CLIN structure attached.

This is a 100% SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Only. The contract is for Base Year + One Option Year.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror. The evaluation factors are Technical acceptability to meet IBWC requirements; Technical Approach and Past Performance.

  • When and how do you bid?

Quotes shall be good for 90 Days. Offer due date/local time: June 25, 2026; 3:00 pm MST. Only questions submitted by email to angelica.baca@ibwc.gov and Seone.jones@ibwc.gov will be considered.
