The USCG needs a small business to provide HVAC maintenance services for nine (9) Air Conditioning units located on Decks 5 & 8 of the Brickell Federal Plaza Building at 909 SE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33131. This includes preventative maintenance and emergency support services.
