The Air Force needs a small business to provide HVAC pipe insulation, removal, replacement, and installation services at Barksdale AFB. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform aluminum jacketing/cladding installation on exterior HVAC piping systems. Aluminum cladding shall be secured by appropriate banding and screws. Aluminum cladding joints, penetrations and termination points shall be sealed with mastic or other approved sealant to prevent moisture from penetrating the insulation.
