The Navy needs a small business to renovate the HVAC system at Naval Support Activity Crane in Indiana.

What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to renovate the HVAC system at Naval Support Activity Crane in Indiana. This includes replacing the 2nd floor HVAC system, full space renovations, replacement of 1st floor HVAC controls, and replacement of the sprinkler system with a smoke exhaust fire protection system in an anechoic chamber.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The resulting contract will be a lump-sum firm fixed-price type contract with a completion date of 365 days after award.

How will they pick the winner? The Government will utilize best value, trade-off source selection procedures, which will consist of the submission of price and technical proposals. Technical evaluation factors will include past performance, experience, safety, and project-specific requirements.

When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be released via the internet and will be available for viewing and downloading at the following websites: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Proposals are due no earlier than 30 calendar days after the actual release date.
