The Coast Guard needs a small business to provide HVAC services at its Key West facility.

- What exactly do they need? The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to perform HVAC improvements and maintenance services at the Sector Key West Barracks facility.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed-price construction contract with a period of performance of 10 business days after the close of the solicitation.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract to the proposer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on lowest price, technically acceptable.
