The Coast Guard needs a small business to provide HVAC services at its Key West facility.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform HVAC improvements and maintenance services at the Sector Key West Barracks facility.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price construction contract with a period of performance of approximately 10 business days after close of solicitation.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract to the proposer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.

- Vendors are to coordinate a site visit with the below listed unit personnel.
- Ensure company personnel attending site visit have a proper government issued ID in order to gain access to the facility.
