The Air Force needs a small business to provide HVAC system maintenance services at Dover Air Force Base.

- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a contractor to provide all labor, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to control corrosion, slime, and algae in the condensers and service the thermal ice storage systems, closed-loop heating and cooling systems, gas-fired heating hot water systems, and water softeners at Dover AFB, DE.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services with a quote response deadline of 14 July 2026. The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria outlined in Attachment 5-52.212-2, Evaluation Addendum.
