The Army needs a small business to install a complete, turnkey Audio-Visual system at the Indiana Intelligence Center. The system must include a direct view LED video wall, video wall controller, AV matrix switcher, dual-lens PTZ camera, confidence monitors, status monitors, articulating wall mounts, workstations, audio system, control system hardware, equipment rack, uninterruptible power supply, power distribution unit, cabling and connectors, and incidental services.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance not exceeding 90 days from award. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to technical acceptability and price.

The Government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price.
