The Air Force needs a small business to provide routine maintenance services for industrial floor scrubbers at Edwards Air Force Base. The contractor will furnish all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to conduct four Quarterly routine maintenance inspections and services. All replacement parts used shall be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.

This is a 100% Total Small Business Set aside. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price, Basic Ordering Agreement. The period of performance is approximately 5 years.

The award will be made using the criteria in RFO 52.212-2 and its Addendum. The evaluation procedure and criteria for this requirement are provided in Attachment 4.
- When and how do you bid?
Interested contractors can submit a completed quote using the attached Price List. The submission deadline is July 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PDT. Submissions must be sent via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
