The 9th OSS needs 82 industrial-grade lockers with industrial-grade wood, high-pressure laminate, and a durable interior finish. The lockers will be purchased and delivered to California. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a CLIN structure. The evaluation factors for award are listed in Provision 52.212-2 of the attached solicitation. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable.
