The resulting IRC contract will provide program and administrative support services, primarily in support of, but not limited to, the Agency's records management program. This includes identifying, classifying, prioritizing, storing, securing, archiving, preserving, retrieving, tracking, and disposal of Agency records. The Contractor shall provide support to the Agency related to its FOIA program. Additional services include the generation of data and reports; dissemination of information both internally and externally to include incoming and outgoing mail; receptionist/visitor assistance; ensure that conference rooms and equipment are functional and ready for events, etc. The Contractor shall provide support to the Office of Administration in the areas of travel, facilities, and other administrative management programs.
