The Defense Health Agency needs a contractor to provide Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRMAC) services for Defense Health Network Indo-Pacific Military Treatment Facilities in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. The contractor will provide centralized Patient Appointing Services (PAS), Referral Management Services (RMS), and Clear and Legible Report accountability Services (CLR) via phone and electronic communication mediums from a location within 25 miles of any Military Treatment Facility within the United States.

The contract awardee shall be responsible for the entire scope of the contract in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
