  • What exactly do they need? The Department of Defense needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide Joint Terminal Attack Controller Instructor/Evaluator support and Joint Interface Control Officer support for the Marine Forces Special Operations Command. This includes assisting the Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) G-3 Air/Fires in the facilitation of the MARFORSOC JTAC program and other Air/Fires mission sets throughout the command. Additionally, the contractor will assist the AC/S G-3 Air/Fires in the facilitation of Multi-Tactical Data Link Network (MTN) operations and coordination for the Joint Domain Network (JDN) within MARFORSOC's theater of operations.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a competitive, best-value tradeoff acquisition conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation. Task orders issued under this IDIQ will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
  • How will they pick the winner? The Government will conduct a best-value tradeoff evaluation based on the proposal's technical merit and price.
  • When and how do you bid? Submit questions via email to Spenser E. Gagnon and Samuel Williams by June 26, 2026. Fully completed proposals must be submitted via email to Spenser E. Gagnon and Samuel Williams by July 13, 2026.
