This includes site demolition, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, curbs, fencing, gates, landscaping, storm draining, windows & security glazing, security systems, and electrical work. The contractor must have adequate labor, equipment, materials, and experience to perform the requirements imposed by this construction project.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for construction services with a performance period of 240 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued.
How will they pick the winner?
The government will evaluate technical responses using three evaluation factors: vendor's experience, past performance, and staffing plan. The vendor's proposal must provide the lowest price with technically acceptable criteria to meet the government's needs.
When and how do you bid?
