The Kentucky Army National Guard needs a small business to provide non-personal aviation maintenance services for its helicopter fleets.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled field-level and sustainment-level maintenance on H-60 and H-72 helicopter fleets. Services include Periodic Maintenance Inspections, modifications, correcting safety-of-flight conditions, and associated production control and administrative functions.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance consists of a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and one 6-month option to extend services, totaling a maximum potential performance period of 66 months.
  • How will they pick the winner? The offerors will be evaluated solely on the basis of their written proposals submitted in response to the RFP.
  • When and how do you bid? A formal, written RFP will be issued directly to eligible 8(a) vendors who are accepted into the competition. No oral presentations will be conducted under this procurement.

  • The successful offeror must possess and maintain a formal Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certification as a material condition of award and performance.
  • The contractor shall not engage in racially discriminatory Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) activities; compliance with this clause is a material condition of payment.
  • Strict adherence to the Government's zero-tolerance policy regarding Combating Trafficking in Persons under RFO is required.
