The Navy needs a small business to provide Keysight Power Sensors.

- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs Keysight Power Sensors for purchase. The sensors must be brand name or equal, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Firm-Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a performance period that begins on or after the date of contract award. The contract will include the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
