What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to clean and certify kitchen exhaust hoods at Sheppard AFB and Sheppard Annex. The service provider must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, expertise, materials, and other items necessary to perform cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods and ducts. The contractor must be certified, qualified, trained, and efficient in the trade and must perform in the best and most workmanlike manner and in compliance with the contract and industry standards.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a continuation contract with a base year and option years. The contract will be awarded to a single contractor for a period of one year with the option to extend for up to two additional years. The contract will be performed at Sheppard AFB and Sheppard Annex.

How will they pick the winner? The evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method. The Government will evaluate the proposals based on the technical requirements and the price of the proposal.
