What exactly do they need? The Army needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to install kitchenettes at Fort Bliss. This includes new ceiling for kitchen use, upper and base cabinets, counter tops and backsplash, new sink, garbage disposal, drinking fountain, new plumbing work above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement for new sink faucet and waste disposal, new range hood through wall exhaust duct and vent, new electrical panel, wiring and conduit and any wall repair / paint for all three levels.
What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a duration of 180 days after notice to proceed.
How will they pick the winner? The Army will evaluate bids based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
