- What exactly do they need? The Army needs a contractor to remodel a kitchenette at Building 2447 (Room 116) at Fort Bliss, Texas. The work includes installing a new ceiling, cabinets, countertops, sink, garbage disposal, drinking fountain, plumbing, electrical work, and wall repair/paint. The contractor must also demolish existing cabinets, sink, and flooring and replace them with new vinyl composition tile flooring and rubber base board.
