• What exactly do they need? The Bureau of Prisons needs a small business to supply Kosher food for FCI Berlin, with deliveries starting July 1, 2026. The food must be delivered between 34 degrees F to 40 degrees F for on-frozen, perishable foods and at 0 degrees F or below for frozen foods. Any products that indicate prior thawing will be refused.

• When and how do you bid? The completed solicitation package must be returned no later than 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 26, 2026.
