What exactly do they need? The Army needs a small business to provide lab testing services for its facilities in Ohio. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform laboratory testing services, as defined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement.
What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The offeror must satisfy the requirements described in the evaluation criteria, as well as all other RFQ requirements.
When and how do you bid? Submit your quote electronically to james.kliewer.2@us.af.mil by 1:00 P.M. EST on 18 June 2026. Your quote shall consist of three volumes: Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
