- What exactly do they need? Landscaping and snow removal services at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, including fertilizing, edging, and mulching plant and bush beds, removing weeds, trimming and pruning hedges and shrubs, and plowing, shoveling, and blowing snow from designated areas.
- What is the timeline? The contract period is one year, with options for two additional years. The contractor shall provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including after normal business hours, weekends, and federal holidays.
- When is the deadline? Bids are due on June 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET. The contractor shall submit a service report after each snowfall, including start and end times, areas serviced, quantities and types of materials applied, weather conditions, and operational issues encountered.
