What exactly do they need? The Army needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide laundry services for its bases. The IDIQ will be established with maximum quantities per CLIN based on pricing. Individual task orders will be awarded on an as-needed basis (may be awarded for up to 12 consecutive months of service at a time) with funding from the fiscal year of the award.
What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5-year period of performance (2026-2031). The minimum guarantee for this IDIQ is $5,000.00 which will be met with the first task order (immediately following the establishment of the IDIQ).
How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate offers based on price and non-priced factors, including past performance, pick-up/drop-off process, methods used (to include packaging serviced items), and any other process relevant to this type of service.
When and how do you bid? Submit your quote in writing no later than 11 June 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to dennis.k.jutras.civ@army.mil.
