The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs a small business to repair levees at the Saline County Levee District #2, Ray-Carroll Bottoms Consolidated Levee District of Carroll County, and Howard County Levee District #4. The work will include earthwork operations, bringing in fill and borrow material, haul road development, clearing of debris, erosion repair, rutting repair, levee surfacing, stone surfacing/placement, installation of stone armored protection, installation and rehabilitation of drainage structures, and establishment of turf for repairs of compromised landside, riverside, and crown levee sections.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for approximately 365 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), open to all Small Businesses.
How will they pick the winner?
The Government will evaluate proposals based on the submission requirements and evaluation criteria detailed in the solicitation.
