The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard needs Level 1 Metal Rods. The vendor must list the country of origin for each line item and provide the manufacturer's name, location, and business size if not the actual manufacturer. The manufacturer and grime vendor (if not the manufacturer) must both have an ISO 9001 certificate and QA Manual (MP-dated within 3 Years) and have completed a site visit.
