- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a small business to provide voice interconnection services for Wright Patterson AFB, enabling access to bi-directional and worldwide phone networks. The contractor shall provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and engineering required to deliver this service.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. The contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose quote offers the lowest price to the Government.

- All quotes are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 1 July 2026.
- Any quote, modification, or revision that is received at the designated Government office after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered.
- To ensure a competitive balance, at the Contracting Officer's discretion, questions concerning this RFP will only be accepted until 3:00PM Eastern Daylight Time on 17 June 2026.
