The assemblies must be new, approved parts with clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15.
