The Army needs a small business to provide lodging services for 258 CAOS personnel in Johnstown, PA and Pittsburgh, PA. The lodging facilities must be located within a 10-mile driving distance to 258 CAOS PAANG and 171 PA ANG. The contractor shall make rooms available for members as requested by authorized Government personnel, not to exceed the maximum number of contracted room nights in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for 12 months from the date of contract award.

The Government will select the winner based on the lowest price responsible quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government.
