The Navy needs a small business to provide lumber, plywood, and millwork supplies at competitive prices. The contract will be awarded on the basis of positive Past Performance.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 6-month rotation through February 2029. The Navy will issue Master BPAs to vendors who possess technical and past performance merit.
How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate vendors based on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality.
When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 31 December for a February award, or 30 June for an August award.
