- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to provide general maintenance and repair construction services at Marine Corps bases in North Carolina and surrounding areas. This includes structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, grounds, road, pavement work, communication systems, new construction, demolition flooring, painting, etc. Project size is estimated to be between $5,000 and $150,000.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a base period of one year plus four option years. The completion date for the seed project will be 120 days after award.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation.
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available on NECO and FBO when it becomes available. Offerors shall submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price (or cost) proposal for evaluation by the Government.
