The U.S. Air Force needs a small business to design and build a 2-tier riser platform with auditorium-style seats for a building at Whiteman Air Force Base.

- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a 2-tier riser platform measuring 16 ft long by 6 ft deep that complies with safety and building codes. The riser must be sized appropriately for the room dimensions and allow for clear lines of sight for all seats. Installation of auditorium-style seats as needed to maximize seating capacity on the 16' x 6' platform. All seating must be securely mounted to the riser platform.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a one-time, 14-day period of performance from August 14 to September 14, 2026. The Service Contract Act applies.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose conforming quote represents the Best Value to the Government, price and technical factors considered.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes are due to both the Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist via email by 5:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

- You must provide a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and valid vehicle insurance to access Whiteman Air Force Base with a vehicle.
- Foreign Nationals will not be authorized access to Whiteman AFB MO.
- The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition.
