The contract will be for a target of seven Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) MATOC contracts, each with up to a five-year ordering period and an option to extend up to six months.

The contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a capacity not-to-exceed $240,000,000. The construction magnitude of the sample project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
- How will they pick the winner? The proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Trade Off source selection process, considering two evaluation factors in Phase I (Past Performance and Technical Approach) and three evaluation factors in Phase II (Design/Technical, Management Approach, and Price).
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation is expected to be released on or about July 17, 2025, and will be available for free on the Contracting Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/.
