The U.S. Army needs a small business to provide construction and renovation services for projects in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The Army needs a small business to provide construction and renovation services for projects in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. The contract will have a capacity not-to-exceed $240,000,000 and a five-year ordering period with an option to extend up to six months.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a two-phase procurement with a Best Value Trade Off source selection process. Phase I will consider Past Performance and Technical Approach, and Phase II will consider Design/Technical, Management Approach, and Price. The Government intends to award without discussions.
  • How will they pick the winner? The technical information contained in the Offeror's proposal will be reviewed, evaluated, and rated by the Government. A target of ten (10) most highly qualified offerors will be selected to participate in Phase II.
  • When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available on or about July 17, 2025, at https://sam.gov/. Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award.
