Mobile Audiometry Headsets

Key Details

• What exactly do they need? The Army needs a small business to provide mobile audiometry headsets for the New Hampshire Air National Guard. The headsets must include a mobile audiology headset, a tablet with WiFi/internet capabilities, a calibration output check fixture, micro USB chargers and cables, and a quick start guide, all bundled in a padded, durable, rugged, and protective case. The headset and tablet must be capable of doing multiple test procedures, including audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing. The headsets must also meet specific technical requirements, such as high attenuation range and hearing test duration.
• What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a duration of 12 months. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 26 June 2026, 4:00PM Eastern Time.
• How will they pick the winner? The Government intends to evaluate quotes based on the salient characteristics of the headsets, including technical requirements and brand name requirements.
