- What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a Woman-Owned Small Business to manufacture mobility workstations. The workstations must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation document. The government will place an order with the quoter whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and no option years. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government.

- When and how do you bid? Quotes must be submitted via email no later than 22 June 2026, 1:00 PM. The quotes must include the following vendor information: Company Name, Company Address, CAGE Code, Small Business Type. The quotes must not exceed 4 pages (including cover page).
