The Navy needs a small business to fabricate and assemble a modular workspace solution for the Advanced Data Collection Program.

  • What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a modular workspace solution consisting of two 40-foot high-cube ISO shipping containers modified and joined to create an approximately 800-square-foot climate-controlled office workspace at NSWCCD, Bethesda, Maryland. The completed workspace shall include structural modifications, windows, doors, electrical systems, lighting, insulation, and HVAC systems and shall be delivered fully functional and ready for Government use in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of approximately 30 days. The Government will provide responses to the PPIs received and issue a subsequent amendment.
  • How will they pick the winner? The evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
  • When and how do you bid? Bids are due on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 10AM ET. Proposals must be submitted through SAM.gov.
