The Indian Health Service needs a small business to install wastewater treatment systems and infrastructure in New Mexico.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The contractor shall install two Xerxes 25,000-gallon settlement tanks, one AdvanTex AX-MAX wastewater treatment system, 65 LF of 8" PVC sewer pipe, 80LF of 2" sewer force main, 150 LF of 1" polyethylene water service line, one 1" service tee, one frost-free yard hydrant, 10x10 concrete pad, one sanitary sewer drop manhole, 180x14 gravel access road, 250 LF of buried electrical conduit and wire, 600 LF chain link fence, barbed wire, and a vehicular access gate.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about June 23nd, 2026, and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
- How will they pick the winner? The evaluation basis is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award.
